Slice the Nectavignes® into quarters, cut the Serrano ham into pieces. Place the rocket in a serving dish and arrange the Nectavigne® around. Add the Serrano ham and pine nuts. Mix the oil, vinegar, Maury wine, salt and pepper to get an emulsion and pour over the green salad. Serve immediately. |
