Nectavigne® green salad

Serves 4:
  • 2 Nectavigne®,

  • 100g of rocket,

  • 4 slices of Serrano ham,

  • 1 tablespoon of pine nuts,

  • 1 tablespoon of cider vinegar,

  • 1 tablespoon of sweet Maury wine,

  • 4 tablespoons of olive oil,

  • Salt, pepper.

Slice the Nectavignes® into quarters, cut the Serrano ham into pieces. Place the rocket in a serving dish and arrange the Nectavigne® around. Add the Serrano ham and pine nuts. Mix the oil, vinegar, Maury wine, salt and pepper to get an emulsion and pour over the green salad. Serve immediately.
